Day 2: 1.5 hours total - 15 minute wait for ID/bag check and 1.25 drive time.
Day 1: 2.25 hours total, so almost the same - 45 minute shuttle wait, 1.5 hours drive time. Here's my other days time from when I got in line to the speedway if you're interested: I always recommend refilling on water before hopping on the shuttle - they had water stations (and portapotties) set up behind the bag checks in 2019. I've been on shuttles a few times where they didn't go through the base, so it doesn't seem that uncommon, but Insomniac only took over all shuttle services for EDC the past couple of years. If they they go through the base like they are supposed to, then you only hit traffic getting off the strip, but if they don't then you should expect the drive time to increase significantly for the car traffic for parking, ubers, etc.

In my experience, the shuttle time can vary a lot on traffic, and if your shuttle driver knows where they are going. We got to the shuttle stop at 8:30 and arrived at the speedway at 11, so 2.5 hours in total for day 3.
